1.4 Convenient function settings
By registering destinations that you fax often in the Address Book destinations or Group destinations, and
registering Program destinations for fax tranmssion settings that are used often, the registered details can be
recalled by simply touching the registered button.
Address Book destinations
By registering destinations that you fax often in the Address Book destinations, you can recall destinations
by simply touching the registered button.
Refer to "Registering the Address Book" on page 9-3 for details regarding registering abbreviated
destinations.
Group destinations
When sending the same fax to multiple destinations, by grouping together and registering destinations
registered in the Address Book destinations, multiple destinations can be recalled by simply touching the
group destinations button.

Program destinations
By registering destinations that you fax often and tranmsission settings you use often in your program
destinations, the registered details can be recalled by simply touching the program button.
