Specifying default machine settings
You can set the default settings for the copy, scanner, e-mail, fax, and printer functions.
Changing the default values of often-used functions can shorten the time required to
adjust settings.

Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7) .
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

Click [Machine Settings], and then [Machine Default Settings].

Click the function you want to specify the default settings for.

Specify the default settings.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Machine Default Settings” list screen.
