Troubleshooting test to production issues

If problems arise in the process of moving from a test to production environment, at least
two things can be done:

1.

Perform the database restore operation as outlined in the

“Connex Database

Restore”

on page 107, on the backup that was taken in the

“Create a database

restore point”

on page 150 section.

2.

Uninstall and re-install the database per the instruction in

“Connex Database Restore”

on page 107. Once this is done, the Admin Tool import function can be used to import
the user accounts and configuration data that were exported in the Preparation
section.
