3.8 Restricted Warranty
Your warranties can also be restricted by Chrysler.
Chrysler may restrict the warranty on your vehicle if the
vehicle is not properly maintained, or if the vehicle is
abused or neglected, and the abuse or neglect interferes
with the proper functioning of the vehicle. If the
warranty is restricted, coverage may be denied or
subject to approval by Chrysler before covered repairs
are performed.
