The HP Instant Support Web site provides these tools for troubleshooting and for maintenance:

show a jam as the most recent event listed in the event Log. The HP Instant Support Web site
detects the event and provides troubleshooting information for the jam.

Order Supplies
The Order Supplies link connects you to a Web page that facilitates your online ordering of supplies
from a reseller of your choice. The supplies that you need are preselected. You can change quantities
or select additional items. Your items are added to the shopping cart, ready for checkout, ensuring that
the correct supplies are ordered through your selected reseller.
