SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR
SEDIMENT CUP CLEANING
SEDIMENT CUP
O-RING
(Replace.)

FUEL VALVE LEVER
OFF
Turn the fuel valve lever to the OFF position, then remove the
sediment cup, O-ring, and filter. Discard the O-ring.
Gasoline is highly flammable and
explosive.
You can be burned or seriously
injured when handling fuel.
Stop the engine and keep heat,
sparks, and flame away.
Handle fuel only outdoors.
Wipe up spills immediately.
Clean the sediment cup and filter in nonflammable solvent, and dry
them thoroughly.
Reinstall the filter, new O-ring, and sediment cup, and tighten the
sediment cup securely.
Turn the fuel valve lever to the ON position and check for leaks.
