SECTION 4: OPERATIONS
Switch⁄Safety Key
to disable the switch, remove the lockout key
(
figure 7) from the paddle switch.

Keep loose clothing
rolled up and out of the
way of machinery and
keep hair pulled back.
Disconnect power from
the machine when per-
forming any maintenance,
assembly or adjustments.

Sleeve Installation
the g0538 oscillating spindle sander comes with
six different-sized sanding drums and sleeves.
always refer to the table below when determing
the appropriate throat plate, sanding drum, and
spindle washer size for a particular sleeve.
