Data Field Definitions

The following data field options are available on the Map,

Navigation, Altimeter, and Trip Computer Pages.
Accuracy GPS—The estimated accuracy of the GPS signal.
Ambient Pressure—Actual pressure at unit location. (Altimeter

Page Only.)
Ascent-Average—The average vertical distance of ascents.

(Altimeter Page Only.)
Ascent-Maximum—The maximum ascent rate in feet per minute.

(Altimeter Page Only.)
Ascent-Total—The total distance ascended. (Altimeter Page

Only.)
Barometer—Ambient pressure relative to sea level. (Rino 530

Altimeter Page Only.)
Bearing—The direction from your current location to a

destination.
Course—The direction from your starting location to a

destination.
Descent-Average —The average vertical distance of descents.

(Altimeter Page Only.)
Descent-Maximum—The maximum descent rate in feet per

minute. (Altimeter Page Only.)
Descent-Total—The total distance descended. (Altimeter Page

Only.)
Distance to Destination—The remaining distance to your next

waypoint.
Distance to Next—The distance to next waypoint on your route.
ETA at Destination—The estimated time of arrival at your

destination, if you maintain your current speed and course.
ETA at Next—The estimated time of day you will arrive at your

next waypoint.
Elevation—The altitude (height) above or below sea level.
Elevation-Average—The average elevation achieved. (Altimeter

Page only)
Elevation-Maximum—The highest elevation reached. (Altimeter

Page only)
Glide Ratio—The ratio of horizontal distance traveled to vertical

distance.
Glide Ratio Dest—The glide ratio required to descend from your

present position to the destination’s elevation.
Heading—Your direction of travel as indicated by a compass, in

degrees or cardinal letters (N,S,E,W).
