4. If securing the base with machine

NOTE: If securing the base using

self-tapping screws, drill

(1.5 mm) starter holes at the

locations you marked. Starter holes

should be no deeper than half the

screw length.

5. Secure the swivel base with

three bolts or screws. Do not

overtighten.

6. Align the mounting hole on the

cradle with the holes on the bail

mount and secure it with the bail

mount knob.

Adjusting the Viewing Angle

1. Tilt the GPS unit by loosening the

knob.

2. Rotate the entire bracket

assembly by loosening the bail

mount knob on the swivel base.

3. Select your preferred viewing

angle and tighten the knobs.
