v-belts

V-belts will wear and stretch with extended use.
Maintaining proper tension of V-belts and making
sure they are in good condition will increase the
efficiency of the cutterhead and reduce wear on
the bearings.

When a V-belt can no longer be properly ten-
sioned or is cracked/damaged, replace both
V-belts as a matched set.
