Before using your dehumidifier for the first time, please read this
user guide. We also recommend that you save it in case you need
it at a later point to remind yourself of the device’s functions and
maintenance.

Safety precautions

-

Please note that the dehumidifier's voltage is equivalent to the
mains voltage.

-

Do not plug in to the mains where other electrical appliances
are already plugged in.

-

Use the dehumidifier only for the purpose(s) defined in the
user guide.

-

Never insert your fingers, pencils or other objects into the air
intake during operation.

-

Switch off before moving or cleaning the device.

-

Do not expose to strong heat, as this can cause damage to
the electrical components.

-

Do not immerse in any form of liquid.

-

Always keep out of the reach of children.

-

Do not run the cable under carpets, rugs, etc.

-

Ensure the cable is kept away from busy areas to avoid
anyone tripping over it.

-

For indoor use only.

-

Do not cover. Danger of overheating!

-

Do not use if the device or cable become damaged. Take it to
a specialist for repair.

-

If the device has been transported in a horizontal position, oil
from the compressor can have leaked into the system. It is
therefore important to let it stand upright for a few hours
before use. This will allow the oil to run back into the
compressor and avoid damage.

The volume of moisture the device can extract from the air
depends on temperature, level of humidity and placing. The
weather outside can also have an effect on how much moisture
can be extracted from the air. In cold weather, the relative humidity
falls causing a corresponding fall in the amount of moisture that
can be extracted.
