CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Do not use scouring powder, steel wool or other aggressive cleaning materials,

as they can scratch the ceramic plate (3). Use a well-wrung cloth and hot water.
A special cleaning liquid is obtainable from white goods dealers if the appliance
is heavily soiled.

• Rings and lime deposits can be removed with vinegar. Wipe off with a well-

wrung cloth and warm water.

• Make sure that no water gets into the vent holes on the underside of the

appliance.

• We recommend a scraper specially for use with ceramic hobs available from

most white goods outlets.
