To call the emergency number at any time:

To dial the local international access code:
Press To
1 keypad keys dial the emergency number
(such as 112)
2 call the emergency number
Action
Press for 2 seconds to insert the international
access code “+” and then enter in the country code for
the country that you would like to connect to (e.g., +44
for the U.K., +33 for France, etc.) followed by the rest
of the phone number.
