From the main screen, press the Center Select

Scroll to Calendar and press the Center Select

Scroll to the desired date and press the Left Soft

Enter new appointment name and details. To
change the time, recurrence, or alert type, scroll
to the line and press the Left Soft Key (

To save the appointment, press the Center Select

) (SAVE).
