K00108 SODA VALVE KEYLOCK SWITCH KIT
Installation Instructions
1. Disconnect 150 dispenser electrical power before beginning the kit installation.
2. Remove plastic drain pan by pulling up and out on the front edge of the drain pan (black plastic).
3. Remove black hole plug located on the lower left front corner of the dispenser.
4. Mount the switch, furnished with this kit, at an angle in the hole where the plug was removed (see detail below); be
sure the terminals on the switch clears any metal on the transformer box and the cabinet side. Use hex nut, furnished
on switch, to secure to cabinet.
5. Connect the two wiring leads, furnished with this kit, to the electrical switch mounted in step 4 above.
6. Cut one lead and strip both ends of the wiring harness which runs from the transformer electrical box (located in the
left front corner of the machine close to the switch just mounted in step 4 above) to the soda valves (see wiring
diagram in this kit).
7. Connect the wiring leads on the switch to end of the cut lead in the valve harness using the two wire nuts furnished
with this kit.
8. Tape over the wire nut connection with electrical tape.
9. Plug dispenser into electrical power and check operation of switch by turning the switch on and trying one soda valve
to be sure it dispenses the product. Be sure to hold a glass under the valve being tested.
10. Place the wiring label, furnished with this kit, over the wiring diagram on the machine (see wiring diagram on these
instructions). Note, the wiring diagram is located on the cover of the main electrical box located on the machine base
at the right front of the machine.
11. Reinstall the drain pan, making sure the drain pan stub is inserted into the molded rubber drain block located on the
dispenser base. It will aid the assembly by greasing the inlet of the molded rubber drain.
