Resetting Your Phone
If your phone freezes on a display, error message, or
power up, reset it as follows:

Remove your phone’s back and front covers as
described in “Changing Your Phone’s Cover” on
page 19.

Use a small object
to press the Reset
button on the front
of your phone.
Your phone

restore.
