• Use the connecting cables supplied with this unit when connecting with the ES7001 Home Theater System.

• Insert all connecting cable plugs firmly into the connectors. A loose connection may result in no sound or noise.

a malfunction or breakdown of the unit.

INSTALLATION

Notes:

• Install the unit near the wall outlet so that

power source even if the unit is turned off.
To disconnect it from the AC power source
completely, unplug the unit from the wall
outlet.

Unit’s anti-magnetism and

interference with a TV picture

This unit is an anti-magnetic type subwoofer,
but if the unit is located near a TV, the colors
may become spotty. If this occurs, place the
unit further away from the TV.

7

Howling

When the unit is placed near an analog record
player, the output sound from the unit may
cause the installation surface and ambient air
to vibrate, producing howling. If this happens,
install the unit further away from the analog
record player or decrease the volume level of
the unit.
In rare cases, howling may occur with a VCR,
compact disc player, mini-disc player or DVD
player and result in deterioration of sound
and picture. In this case, place the unit further
away from the equipment or decrease the
volume.
