To log in to the MaxNAS R8 administration interface, click “Admin” and enter the Administrator
password. By default, the Administrator
password is “admin”.
At initial login, the user will be greeted with
the Product Information Screen:
The administration user interface utilizes a paned desktop motif, and is organized in three
sections:
1. The navigation pane (left)
2. The Detailed Transaction pane (right)
3. System Health Indicator pane (bottom)
All Functions are accessible from the navigation pane, which is organized as illustrated in the
table on the next page:
IMPORTANT! Only one administrator login
may be logged in to the web interface at a time.
