1 Press the keypad keys to dial the

emergency number.

2 Press N to call the emergency number.

If your phone service includes

international dialling, press and hold
0

to insert your local international

access code (indicated by +). Then, press the

keypad keys to dial the country code and

phone number.

1-touch dial

To call phonebook entries 1 to 9, press and

hold the single-digit speed dial number for

one second.

You can set 1-touch dial to call the entries in

your phone’s memory phonebook, your SIM

card’s phonebook, or your fixed dial list:
Find it: Press a > w Settings > Initial Setup

> 1-Touch Dial > Phone, SIM, or Fixed Dial
To add a new phonebook entry, see page 27.

To edit the speed dial number for a

phonebook entry, press a > n Phonebook,

scroll to the entry, then press a > Edit.

voicemail

Your network stores the voicemail

messages you receive. To listen to your

messages, call your voicemail number.
Note: Your service provider may include

additional information about using this

feature.

When you receive a voicemail message, your

phone shows the voicemail message

indicator t and New Voicemail. Press the Call

key to listen to the message.
To check voicemail messages:
Find it: Press R > Voicemail
Your phone may prompt you to store your

voicemail phone number. If you don’t know

your voicemail number, contact your service

provider
Note: You can't do the following: Insert Pause,

Insert Wait, or Insert 'n' (number) character in

this number. If you want to store a voicemail

number with these characters, create a

phonebook entry for it. Then, you can use the

entry to call your voicemail.
