Important!

The machine should run for no more than 5
minutes at a time, as it may otherwise
become overloaded and damaged.
Therefore make sure you take a break and
allow the machine to cool down before you
use it again.
7.

Remove the bowl (3) with the crushed
ice from the machine.

8.

Remove the plug from the socket once
you have finished using the machine.

9.

Pour the crushed ice into a glass.

10. Add flavouring.

Tips for slush ice:

The following can be used as flavouring:
cordials, soft drinks, freeze-your-own
ice lollies, fruit syrup, etc.

Concentrated flavouring such as fruit
syrup should be added a little at a time.
For instance, add a teaspoonful at a
time until you achieve the desired taste.

Other flavourings such as cordials and
soft drinks can be added in larger
amounts at a time. You get good slush
ice if you add soft drink in the ratio 1:1,
i.e. 100 ml of soft drink to 100 ml of
crushed ice.

The ice cubes can be made from water
in the normal way, but you can also
choose to make them from soft drink,
cordial or similar.

ADJUSTING THE CUTTING BLADE

The cutting blade (6) can be adjusted
depending on how fine or coarse the ice is
to be crushed.

Remove the bowl (3) from the slush ice
machine.

Adjust the cutting blade
using the adjustment
button (next to the
arrow).

If you press the button
up, the ice is crushed
more finely.

If you press the button down, the ice is
crushed more coarsely.

CLEANING

Remove the plug from the socket
before cleaning.

Remove the cover (2) by lifting it up at
the back of the machine.

Remove the mixer by turning it anti-
clockwise and pulling it up.

Clean the container (4), mixer (5) and
cutting blade (6) using a damp cloth. As
the cutting blade is very sharp, you
must be very careful when cleaning it.

The removable bowl (3) should be
washed in water with a little washing-up
liquid.

Clean the machine’s external surfaces
using a damp cloth.

You must not use any form of solvent,
or strong or abrasive cleaning agent.
