Scan to e-mail
> Send important documents from the fax machine to a remote e-
mail inbox as TIFF, TIFF-S or PDF files
> Documents sent from the OfficeBridge I-Fax can be received and
opened by remote users via standard e-mail software.
> Receive and print incoming e-mail automatically, or suppress
printing and delete messages from the server
Desktop faxing
> Utilize the OfficeBridge Tiffmaker feature to send documents
created on your PC directly to a remote fax machine
Internet faxing
> Send documents from the MFP to a remote Internet fax unit,
dramatically reducing long-distance costs
> When an Internet fax is received, the MFP can print the
document, route it to a personal or public inbox, or suppress
print out and store the document in a separate file (Supports
HIPPA compliance)
