Insert a CD as described on the previous
page. Press the POWER ON/OFF button

to turn the unit on; the POWER
indicator will light and the total number of
tracks will appear in the display. Slide the
Function switch ❷ to the CD position.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE ( ) button
to start playback. TO PAUSE
PLAYBACK, press the PLAY/PAUSE

) button again; the display will
blink. Press again to resume playback.

TO PLAY A CD
To skip forward or backward through
the tracks on the disc, press the SKIP
or button. To search forward
or backward through the tracks on the
disc, press and hold the SKIP
or
button.

Adjust the VOLUME control ❶ as
desired. Press the DISPLAY button ❷
when the time is showing to see the
number of tracks on the CD. When the
disc is through playing, it will stop.
Press the STOP (■) button ❸ to stop
the disc before it is finished.

NOTES:
• If a disc is inserted incorrectly, dirty, damaged or not present at all, the
display will show, “no”.
• To remove the CD, see page 7, “To Remove a CD” section.

No, simply insert the 3” single into the groove.

The maximum time is 74 minutes.
