Camera (Accessories)

You can use the phone to immedi-

ately view, save and send photos

by MMS that you have taken with

the "QuickPic" camera (page 103).

A flashlight is integrated into the

camera.
Pictures can be taken in two differ-

ent formats:
• Low resolution:

QQVGA 160x120 pixels, memory

size up to 6KB for sending as an

MMS image (page 88, page 49).

• High resolution:

VGA 640x480 pixels, memory

size of one picture up to 40 KB –

e. g. for further editing on PC.

To allow the picture to be viewed

on the phone display, a QQVGA

picture is created for every

VGA picture.

chosen).

The last picture taken is shown.

Scroll through photos.

Picture

A shot (especially in high resolution)

requires a few seconds to be

processed.

Press. You will hear an ad-

visory tone when the ex-

posure time has expired.

The photo is shown on

the display and saved auto-

matically.

Flashlight

Switch on flashlight first:

Open menu.

Use flash

Select.

Then take photo with flashlight:

§Load 7§

Press

briefly. The flash-

light is charged (battery

capacity at least approx.

30 %).

§Take§

Press. The photo is taken

with the flash. You will

hear an advisory tone

when the exposure time

has expired. The photo is

shown on the display and

saved automatically.

Photograph without flash when the function

Use flash

is switched on:

Hold down: The charging

process for the flashlight is

omitted and a shot is taken im-

mediately without flashlight.
