4.4.1 Setup Items
The main menu includes the following main setup categories. Recall that
some systems may not include all entries.
Standard CMOS Features
Use this menu for basic system configuration. See Section 4.5 for the
details.
Advanced BIOS Features
Use this menu to set the advanced features available on the system. See
Section 4.6 for the details.
Advanced Chipset Features
Use this menu to change the values in the chipset registers and optimize
the system's performance. See section 4.7 for the details.
Integrated Peripherals
Use this menu to configure all settings for integrated peripherals. See
section 4.8 for the details.
Power Management Setup
Use this menu to configure all settings for power management. See
section 4.9 for the details.
PnP / PCI Configuration
This entry appears if the system supports PnP / PCI. See section 4.10
for the details.
Frequency/Voltage Control
Use this menu to configure all settings for frequency/voltage control. See
section 4.11 for the details.
Load Fail-Safe Defaults
Use this menu to load the BIOS default values for the minimal/stable
performance for the system to operate. See section 4.12 for the details.
