Problem Solution
No power • Batteries are dead. Replace
batteries
• Speakers are not plugged in
to the battery box.
• USB connector not
connected.
No sound • Speaker volume is turned
down.
• The music source on your
computer is not playing, the
volume is turned down, or the
sound is muted.
