Description:
Performs subtraction (like A-B) for float data types. This function is
provided for testing DLL linkage.
Syntax: float PCI_FloatSub2(float fA, float fB)
Input Parameters:
fA: 4 bytes floating point value
fB: 4 bytes floating point value
