Problem

Solution

My iPod is in the dock and
playing, but I can't hear any
music.

Make sure that the speakers are turned
on. When the speakers are turned on,
the power LED lights red.

Adjust the volume level on the speakers
using the volume buttons.

Adjust the volume from the iPod
controls.

Turn off the Sound Check feature on
your iPod.

Make sure that batteries are installed
and have a charge, or make sure that
the AC adapter is connected to the
speaker system and an power outlet.

There isn't an adapter for my
iPod.

If you have a newer iPod, use the
universal dock adapter that came with
your iPod when you purchased it.
