- A.) Connect the Left & Right Upright Beams (#1 & #2) with one Dumbbell Rack (#5) on the top level. Align the holes then secure each end of the Rack with one M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt (#12), two ( ¾” Washers (#9), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#14). Repeat the s
- A.) Insert a Weight Post (#6) into the hole on the side of the Left Upright Beam (#1). Secure it with a M10 x 1 1/8” Allen Bolt (#11) and ( ¾” Washer (#9).
