Make sure that the speaker
bar is plugged into an active
USB port on the computer.

Make sure that the
computer is turned on.

Press a keyboard key to
make sure that the
computer in not in sleep
mode.

No sound

Make sure that the
computer is playing sound.

Make sure that the volume
on the computer is not set
too low.

Make sure that the sound
on the computer is not
muted.
