Zip

disks with formats other than PC (i.e., Mac

®

or Linux) will be automatically

ejected when inserted into your FotoShow

Image Center unless it is hooked to a

computer.

Inserting CompactFlash

Cards or IBM

®

Microdrives

Insert the CompactFlash

card or Microdrive™ into your FotoShow

Image Center’s

CompactFlash/Microdrive reader slot with the arrow facing up. When your digital film is
properly seated in the reader the COPY button will start flashing yellow. Do not force
your digital film into the slot. Make sure your card is not inserted at an angle.

CAUTION!

Inserting the CompactFlash

card or Microdrive

incorrectly may cause

irreparable damage to either the media or the reader. Inserting a CompactFlash card or
Microdrive into the Zip

®

drive slot may damage either the Zip drive or the media.

Inserting SmartMedia

Cards

Insert a 3.3v SmartMedia

card into your FotoShow

Image Center’s SmartMedia card

reader slot with the notch to the left and facing the drive. When your digital film is
properly seated in the reader the COPY button will start flashing yellow. Do not force
your digital film into the slot. Make sure your card is not inserted at an angle.

CAUTION!

Inserting the SmartMedia

card incorrectly may cause irreparable damage to

either the media or the reader. Inserting a SmartMedia card into the Zip

®

drive or

CompactFlash

/Microdrive

slot may damage either the Zip drive or the

CompactFlash/Microdrive card reader or the SmartMedia card.
