Programming for Auxillary
(AUX 1, AUX 2) Button

The Auxillary buttons can be used to
assign a second TV, VCR, DVD player,
satellite receiver or cable box, or audio
receiver/cd system.

NOTE: All device buttons (except the TV
button) can be programmed for any
device, regardless of what is indicated on
the button.

1.

Manually turn on the device you wish
to program.

2. Press the Auxillary button

(AUX 1 or AUX 2) you
want to program.

3.

Press and hold the
SETUP button until
the AUX button remains
lit, then release
the SETUP button.

4.

Find the three digit
code for the device to
program in the code list
After your code is
entered, the device
button light will turn
off. If the code is not
valid, the device button
light will blink. Check
the code list and repeat
process.

5.

Aim the remote at your
device and press the

button. Your

device should turn off.

Note: If your device does not respond, try
all the codes for your brand. If the codes
do not work, or your brand is not listed,
try the Code Search method on page 9.

6.

With your device on,
press CHAN+. or
If the device responds,
no further program-
ming is required.
