Basic and Common Operations

NOTE
DO NOT turn off (standby) the System with the volume
set to an extremely high level; Otherwise, the sudden
blast of sound can damage your hearing, speakers and/or
headphones when you turn on the System or start
playback.

Using Headphones

Be sure to turn down the
volume before connecting
or wearing the headphones.
• Connecting the headphones

will deactivate the speakers.

Operating on the System

Turn on or off
(standby) the power

The standby lamp on the System turns off /on.

Adjust the volume

You can adjust the volume level from level 0
(VOL MIN) to level 31 (VOL MAX).

STANDBY lamp

* You can operate the source select buttons on the

System only touch lightly, because these buttons are
“touch sensor panel.”
If you touch any one of these buttons, they lights in
orange briefl y.
