• Colour Fax : Receive and send colour faxes. Sending
colour faxes is only supported if the receiver's fax also sup-
ports colour transfer.
• Super G3 Facsimile :
The fast transfer rate of
33.6 Kbps will increase productivity and reduce
charges for long distance transfers.
• Secure Fax : With the Secure Fax feature, all incoming
faxes are held in memory until you access them with your
password. Now you can feel secure about confidential fax
communications.
• Delay Fax : Take advantage of nighttime discounts
and non-peak transmissions times with the Delay Fax
feature. Transmissions can be programmed up to a
month in advance.
• Toll-Saving Fax : The Toll-Saving Fax feature allows
you to preset the transmission time so that the faxes in queue
are sent at the least expensive time.
• ECM (Error Correction Mode) : The ECM
(Error Correction Mode) provides error-free transmis-
sion of faxes by monitoring noise and distortion and
resending the fax without errors.
• JBIG Data Compression Method : The SCX-
6345N supports JBIG (Joint Bi-level Image Expert Group) data
compression, the industry standard. JBIG provides 20-80% effi-
ciency in compression, allowing faster transmission of faxes with
images and photographs.

With the optional Fax kit installed you can experience a variety of functions such as speed dial up to 200 numbers, group
dial up to 100 groups (max. location per 1 group is 200), duplex send and receive, Fax-Email and etc. And because of
the Duplex function then received faxes can be printed out double sided to reduce your operating costs.

• Duplex Transmission
Using the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF), you can fax two-sided
copies and transmit without reinserting the paper. In addition, using Duplex
Printing mode, you can print out received faxes on both sides of the paper.
• Priority Fax
Faxes are transmitted in order of reservation. But when you have an
urgent fax to send, the Priority Fax feature allows you to move the prior-
ity fax to the beginning of the queue.
• Batch TX
Save time and dialing with the Batch TX feature. This convenient feature
groups all faxes going to the same location and send them in one batch.
• Fax Forwarding
Incoming faxes can be redirected to a dedicated fax number or an e-mail
account so you can securely retrieve your faxes without going to the fax
machine.
