Calendar
You can enter appointments in the
calendar. Time and date must be set
correctly.
The calendar offers you three views:
monthly view, weekly view, and dai-
ly view.
The various entries are colour-cod-
ed. Appointments are shown as a
vertical colour bar on the horizontal
hour division.
Navigation:

Appointments
Appointments are displayed in
chronological order in a list.
Enter new appointment

Types:
c Memo : Text input for
description.
d Voice memo : Enter voice
memo.

Call : Enter phone number.
Shown with alarm.

Meeting : Text input for de-
scription.
g Holiday : Enter start and
end date.
h
Birthday : Enter name and
date.
Different input/selection fields are
displayed depending on the type.
The number of fields can be restrict-
ed, see Standard (p. 14).
Tasks
A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda of the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task ap-
pears at the top of the list every day
until it is marked as completed. The
entries are made in the same way as
Appointments (see "Appointments").

An alarm sounds even when the phone is
switched off (except in Aircraft mode ,
p. 41). The phone does not go to standby
mode. To deactivate it press any key.
