Finding Documents
To make it easier for you to locate documents that are stored in the
Folder Area, a Find tool is included in the SHARP Desktop. The Find
tool works by looking at the information contained in the document
summaries, and the Find Documents dialog box is similar in
appearance to the Document Summary dialog box, with fields for the
document name, the author, the keyword and comments. Note that
the more detailed the information you enter, the more accurate your
search will be.
To initiate a search, select Find... from the Edit menu, or click on the
Find button in the Toolbar. The following dialog box will appear:
