Product Name
(Shortcut: "i", "10", "select")
To view the Product Name, please press the “i” button, then press “10”, (or scroll down to the “Product
Info” menu, and press the “select” button, which is the left soft key button). The Product Info submenu
items will be displayed. The Product Name should be highlighted and should appear as “SPA-841”. This is
a view only parameter and cannot be edited. The Product Name is also printed on the bottom of the
phone. It is printed as Model: SPA 841. To return to the “i” menu, please press the “cancel” button, which
is the right soft key button.
Serial Number
(Shortcut: "i", "10", “2”, "select")
To view the Serial Number, please press the “i” button, then press “10” – or scroll down to the “Product
Info” menu, and press the “select” button. This is the left soft key button. The Product Info submenu items
will be displayed, press “2” – or scroll down to the highlight Serial Number, press the select button, the left
soft key button and the Serial Number will appear on the display. This is a view only parameter and
cannot be edited. The serial number is also printed on the bottom of the phone. To return to the “i” menu,
please press the “cancel” button. This is the right soft key button.
