Phone locked
The phone is locked. To unlock the phone, % 63 Phone lock.
Phone lock code:
Your phone comes with the phone lock code, 0000. You can
change it to any four- to eight-digit code, % 63 Phone lock.
Number not permitted
The fixed dialling function is on and the number you have
dialled is not on your fixed numbers list, % 30 Fixed dialling.
