25 Troubleshooting
If the jam occurs near the fusing unit, do not pull the paper through
the fuser or you may damage the fusing unit.
3. Check that there is no other paper in the printer.
4. Close the cover. The printer continues printing.
If the jam occurs inside the printer:
1. Open the cover, and remove the Toner Cartridge.
2. Grasp the paper on both sides and gently pull out toward you.
