For the SIP packets, the SBC measure only the received packets.
It measures the number of packets as well as the total number of bytes
received on the SBC SIP ports. The information does not include IP header
like the UDP header.
The number of successful and unsuccessful calls is incremented
after the call has finished. The counting corresponds to the logging of the
call result which is described in a different part of this document.
