• Para desconectar, ponga todos los controles en posición
“off” (apagado) y luego desenchufe el aparato del
tomacorriente.
• No use el aparato para fines que no sean aquellos para
los que está destinado.
• Use el aparato sobre una superficie dura y plana, bien
nivelada, para evitar que se interrumpa el flujo de aire
debajo del mismo.
Instrucciones especiales para el cable de
alimentación
Con este aparato se provee un cable de alimentación corto
para reducir los riesgos resultantes de enredarse o tropezarse
con un cable largo. Se puede comprar una extensión y usarla
con cuidado. Si se usa una extensión, la potencia nominal de
la extensión debe ser de por lo menos de 10 amperios y 120
voltios. El cable extendido resultante se debe disponer de
modo tal que no cuelgue del mostrador ni de la mesa para
que no pueda ser jalado por los niños ni provocar tropiezos
involuntarios.
INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL ENCHUFE POLARIZADO.
Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una pata es más
ancha que la otra). Para reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico,
este enchufe calza en un tomacorriente polarizado de una
sola manera. Si el enchufe no cabe totalmente en el
tomacorriente, gire el enchufe. Si aun así no calza, consulte
con un electricista calificado. No modifique el enchufe de
ninguna manera.

Special Cord Set Instructions
A short supply power cord is provided to reduce the
hazards resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord. An extension cord may be purchased
and used if care is exercised in its use. If an extension cord
is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord
must be at least 10 amps and 120 volts. The resulting
extending cord should be arranged so that it will not
drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
POLARIZED PLUG INFORMATION.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify
the plug in any way.
