1. Place the heater on a flat level surface and

ensure that the air intake and outlet are
clear of obstructions.

2. Insert the plug into a 230/240V power

outlet and turn the power on.

3. Turn the thermostat dial to the highest

setting by rotating the dial clockwise as far
as it will turn.

4. Turn the mode dial to the desired heat

setting, I or II.

5. To use the fan without heat, set the

thermostat dial to the lowest setting and
select the fan setting on the mode selector
dial.

Setting the thermostat
1. Set the thermostat to the highest setting by

turning the dial clockwise as far as it will
turn.

2. When the room has reached the desired

temperature level, lower the thermostat
setting by turning the thermostat dial anti-
clockwise until it clicks. The heater will
stop operating.

3. The thermostat is now set and will

automatically maintain the pre-set
temperature level by switching between the
high (II) and low (I) settings.

Note: When set to the high setting it is

normal for the heater to cycle between
high and low as it maintains the preset
temperature. The heat output does not
vary when the heater is set to the low
heat setting (I). To prevent the unit from
cycling, raise the thermostat setting.

Adjusting the swivel housing
The revolutionary vertical twin housing allows
heat to travel in two different directions for
maximum heat distribution.
Carefully rotate each housing to direct the
airflow in the desired direction. Do not swivel
the unit beyond the point of resistance.

Using the Oscillation Function
The 70 degree oscillation function can be
used on any setting.
1. Press the oscillation button (OSC),

positioned on the top of the heater.
The heater will begin to oscillate from
side to side.

2. To stop the heater from oscillating,

simply press the (OSC) button once again.
