High Domed Lid
With the lid in place, the skillet can be
used as an oven, giving you the versatility
to cook roasts, larger pieces of beef, lamb
and chicken. The lid also retains heat and
moisture when simmering food. Cast-in Element
The heating element is completely cast
into the base, which is adhered onto the
stainless steel skillet providing superior heat
distribution.
