Use the Bluetooth wireless feature
Learn about your phone’s ability to connect to other
wireless devices for exchanging data and using hands-free
features. Before you can interact with other Bluetooth-
enabled devices, you will have to activate your phone’s
Bluetooth feature and then search for and pair with a
device.
Turn on the Bluetooth wireless feature
In Idle mode, press < 1. Menu > → Applications →
Bluetooth → Activation → On .
To allow other devices to locate your phone, select 2. My
phone’s visibility → On .
Find and pair with other Bluetooth-enabled
devices
In Idle mode, press < 1. Menu > → Applications →
Bluetooth → My devices → Search for new device .
Select a device. 2.
Enter a PIN for the Bluetooth wireless feature or the 3.
other device’s Bluetooth PIN, if it has one, and press
<
OK >.
When the owner of the other device enters the same
code or accepts the connection, pairing is complete.
The default Bluetooth PIN for most devices is either
0000 (four zeroes) or 00000000 (eight zeroes).
