Other operations
You can control your iPod with the
following buttons on the unit or remote.
Tip
• The following buttons on the unit or remote
have the similar function with the buttons on
the iPod (except iPod Touch).
• Press and hold V or v on the remote has the
similar function of turning the Click Wheel on
the iPod clockwise or counterclockwise.
To use the system as a battery
charger
You can use the system as a battery
charger for the iPod when the system is
on.
The charging begins when the iPod is
connected to the USB ports. The charging
status appears in the iPod screen. For
details, see the operating instructions of
your iPod.
To stop charging the iPod
Remove the iPod. When the system is
turned off, the charging is stopped.

Pause playback Press X during playback.
Scroll up/down
the iPod menus
Press V / v repeatedly on
the remote.
Choose the

Select a track or
chapter of

Fast forward or
