Playing a Disc
This DVD player can play a DVD, video CD, or audio CD using the procedure
described below.
To play a disc
1
Slide the main power switch towards “ON” to turn on power.

Press INPUT/DVD a number of times until
you enter the DVD mode.

Load the disc you want to play into the DVD player.
• See page 20 for information about loading discs.

Press

PLAY.
• This starts disc play.
• Wait to press û PLAY until the startup screen appears (see page 21).
Helpful Hints
• If the disc you are using supports auto start, it starts to play automatically (even if
you do not press û PLAY ), as soon as you close the disc compartment cover.
