Managing the message folders
Reading a message in a folder
1 While in the standby display, press the Jog
Dial in to go to the MAIN MENU.
2 Turn the Jog Dial, select the folder to open,
then press in.
Four messages are displayed.
3 Turn the Jog Dial,
select a message, then
press in.
4 Press POWER/ESC after you have finished
reading the message.
Press once: The selection display returns.
You can select another message.
Press twice: The MAIN MENU display returns.

the hotel.
