Receiving a Fax
When you receive a fax, the machine answers the call after a specified number of
rings and automatically receives the fax. You can change the fax receiving mode
according to your needs.
Useful Fax Functions
Item Description
Delaying a fax
transmission You can set your machine to send a fax at a later
time.
Automatic redialing
When the number you have dialed is busy or there
is no answer when you send a fax, the machine
automatically redials the number.
Sending a priority fax
This function is used when a high priority fax need
to be sent ahead of reserved operations.
Sending a fax to multiple
destinations You can use the multiple send feature, which allows
you to send a fax to multiple locations.
