Going to Today’s Calendar Menu
The Today menu allows you to view the events for the day.
It also allows you to schedule new Events, Tasks, or
Countdowns without navigating to the different menus for
each of these functions.
To access the today menu:
1.
Press Menu (
) to access the main menu.
2.
Select Tools (
).
3.
Select Today (
).
4.
Press the navigation key left or right to view Schedule,
Task, or Countdowns for the day.
Adding a New Task
1.
Press Menu (
) to access the main menu.
2.
Select Tools (
).
3.
Select Today (
).
4.
Select the Task tab and select Add New (
).
5.
Enter the Task Description and select Next (
).
6.
Select the Priority Level (low or high), Due Time, and
Due Date and select Done (
).
