Language settings
Menu Description
Menu Select a language for the display text.

Select a language for file names and information
about saved contents.
Date and time settings
Set the current time and date.

System settings
Menu Description
Sleep
Set to turn off your player automatically after a
specified period of time.
Auto Power
Off Set a time to automatically turn off your player when
not in use.
PC
Connection
Select a USB connection mode to connect your
player to a PC.
- <MSC>: A PC will recognise your player as a
removable disk. The USB connection mode is set
to <MSC> by default.
- <MTP>: A PC will recognise your player as a
media device.
Note
This feature may be unavailable depending on
your region.
Default Set Restore all settings to the factory settings.
Format
Delete all data and files stored in your player.
Note
Remember to make backup copies of all
important data stored in your player. The
manufacturer’s warranty does not cover loss of
data that results from your use of the player.
