What should I do if my microphone does not work?
If you are using an external microphone, make sure the microphone is turned on and is properly plugged into the microphone
jack on your computer.

❑ The muting button on the remote commander may have been pressed. Press the button once again.
❑ The volume may have been turned off with one of the volume control buttons on the remote commander. Press the other
